Whether you are ready for it or not, SCREAM 4 is slicing its way into theatres on April 15. The franchise that changed the way audiences look at horror returns with a star-studded cast, and a return of some very familiar faces including Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courteney Cox. If only Rose McGowan could return… ah, how I loved Tatum.

Director Wes Craven returns to slice and dice his way through his latest feature with a slash and a smile thanks in part to a welcome return of original series scribe Kevin Williamson. We recently met up with Craven while spending some quality time at the greatest record store in the world, Amoeba Records in Hollywood. He dropped by to chat about the latest installment and much more. As I haven’t had the chance to see the film, it was exciting to hear him talk with great enthusiasm about what we can expect come Friday. Thankfully, it sounds like we are in for a bloody good time.

With Part 1 of our exclusive chat with horror master Wes Craven, we get a glimpse into SCREAM 4 and what we can expect when we return to Woodsboro. Later this week, find out what horror classics Mr. Craven looks back upon fondly.
