More Anna Faris?! Just moments after we told you that Anna Faris would star with Ryan Reynolds in the Universal romantic comedy TMI, we’ve got word she’s just signed on to star in another project. She’ll star alongside Robin Williams in the upcoming WEDDING BANNED for Touchstone Pictures. Faris will play the daughter of Williams who, along with his ex-wife, kidnap her on the eve of her wedding in hopes of preventing her from making the mistake they did. Along the way (wait for it…) the two divorcees (wait…..) fall back in love (GOLD!).
While both Williams and Faris are set to star in the film and the search for the mother/ex-wife is well underway, no director is attached to the project. How about those guys who make the PROM NIGHT and STEPFATHER movies? Why should JS Cardone and Nelson McCormick be relegated to making shitty slasher flicks? Let them make a shitty comedy!
