Fear the Walking Dead looks like a Fulci movie in new promo!

I still haven’t watched the first season of Fear the Walking Dead, and I honestly don’t know if I ever will, but perhaps I’ll tune in to the second season of the series… because it already looks nuts. Check out the latest “No Safe Harbor” promo below and you’ll see what appear to be a couple visual references to Lucio Fulci’s ZOMBI, including an underwater walker (swimmer?) and zombies shambling in the sand. I dunno, seems pretty neat to me.

Living in the same universe as The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead is a gritty drama that explores the onset of the undead apocalypse through the lens of a fractured family.

Fear the Walking Dead will air its second season of 15 episodes beginning with the first of seven episodes on Sunday, April 10th. The remaining eight episodes will air later in 2016.
