The upcoming drama FEAST OF LOVE stars Morgan Freeman, Radha Mitchell, Selma Blair and Greg Kinnear, is directed by KRAMER VS. KRAMER helmer Robert Benton and is based on acclaimed writer Charles Baxter’s novel of the same name yet it’s as below the radar as a movie can get. Which is about right for dramatic works with recognizable stars based on novels by lauded literary novelists. Of course, the film’s pedigree and story, which goes a little something like – “a meditation on love and its various incarnations, set within a community of friends in Oregon, is described as an exploration of the magical, mysterious and sometimes painful incarnations of love” – makes it ripe for awards consideration, bearing in mind, of course, that it doesn’t suck. If any of this sparks your interest, check out the recently released trailer in delicious Quicktime HERE. The film opens in limited release September 14th.
