After taking several half-hearted stabs at putting out a good trailer for THE WACKNESS, the guys at Sony Pictures Classics have managed to just about hit mediocrity with their final effort. In the newest effort, we get a little bit more of a look at the plot, some name-drops for the dynamite soundtrack, and some more Olivia Thirlby. Man, that chick is cute as a basket of kittens. If a basket of kittens had a great body and beautiful pillowy lips and a smile that melts the hearts of even the most hardened men.

In the movie, circa 1994, Luke Shapiro (Josh Peck) spends his last summer before college selling dope throughout New York City, trading it with his shrink (Ben Kingsley) for therapy, while crushing on his step-daughter (Olivia Thirlby). Jonathan Levine (ALL THE BOYS LOVE MANDY LANE) writes and directs.
