It has been around 10 months since we have had a real update on Don Coscarelli’s next project JOHN DIES AT THE END, an adaptation of the novel by David Wong.
Now I absolutely love Don Coscarelli (you can peep my dissection here), and I think I nearly fell out of my chair when I spotted these pics via Coscarelli’s Facebook Fan Page. You read that correctly, we have the first official stills from the film!
The main cast are all featured in the pictures, with Paul Giamatti as Arnie Blondstone, Doug Jones as Roger North and Clancy Brown as Dr. Marconi. I haven’t read the book, but these fine actors certainly look badass in the stills.
Book synopsis: It’s a drug that promises an out-of-body experience with each hit. On the street they call it Soy Sauce, and users can drift across time and dimensions. But some who come back are no longer human.
