Of the many sequels coming our way in 2015, only one will have dancing and a capella music routines coming out of its behind and that’s PITCH PERFECT 2. To perhaps drive that point forward, the girls of PP2 (you love it) have released a very cheeky first poster for the sequel which you can check out below. Along with that are some promotional pictures courtesy of EW. The first trailer will be out Thursday so stay tuned for that one which I’m sure will be fun.
We still don’t know plot details at this point but I imagine there is familiar territory to touch on to please fans of the original. I’m expecting a more elaborate (bigger budget) movie this time around but as a fan of the first one I’m optimistic they kept it ground where it was needed.
The sequel is directed by Elizabeth Banks making her first feature debut as she stars alongside Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, Brittany Snow, Skylar Astin, Hailee Steinfeld, and Katey Sagal.
PITCH PERFECT 2 opens May 15, 2015.
