Not even a week ago our Bostonian pimp JP daggered you all with a sweet 5 minute clip from Oleg Assadulin’s shut-in Russian horror flick PHOBOS, and guess what…today we’ve secured 5, count ’em…5 new international posters as well as a few stills from the flick. Enjoy them shites below!

FOBOS: KLUB STRAKHA, which translates as PHOBOS: CLUB OF FEAR, picks up one:

Rainy summer evening…as young people are arriving at the new trendy club named Phobos which is still under construction. Or re-construction – since it’s a former bomb shelter which is reconstructed to become a club. At first, the party sees nothing wrong, but soon the bunker doors turn out to be locked, and the teenagers get trapped underground without light and communication. At first, all of them are joking and do not realize how dangerous their situation is. Then they get frightened. All of them will need to cope with their fears before the bunker will let them free.

Reading that synopsis alone, it reminds me of that Keira Knightley/Thora Birch film THE HOLE, what with the entire locked-in, taking it for granted aspect. Hopefully PHOBOS will be twice…strike that, thrice the film THE HOLE is.

And for full disclosure, I’m diggin’ the third poster the most, and by far. The first one is cool as well, the second a bit too reminiscent of MY BLOODY VALENTINE. The Asian one is mad corn-ball, and the final poster has too much of a TWILIGHT feel.  So yeah, the third for me all day. What’s your favorite?

Aleksandr Shevtsov (ELIDE) assumes sole script credit for the film, with Agniya Kuznetsova, Pyotr Fyodorov, Petr Tomashevsky, Renata Piotrovski, Timofey Karataev, Aleksey Vorobev and Tatiana Kosmacheva rounding out the cast.

PHOBOS hits Russia March 11, Estonia March 19th!
