Michael Bay, Brad Fuller and Andrew Form’s production company, Platinum Dunes, is all about remaking classic horror films with hot young teens and all kinds of flash cuts in order to appeal to hot young teens who love all kinds of flash cuts. And now that they’ve had success with TEXAS CHANSAW MASSACRE and likely with the upcoming FRIDAY THE 13TH, they’re now setting their sights on bringing Freddy Krueger back in a NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET remake/reboot. Fuller recently confirmed to both “Bloody Disgusting” and “Shock ‘Till You Drop” that it’s the company’s next film and he hopes to start filming by summer of next year.
