Zack Snyder has been a bit of a spoil sport and keeping things way too tight on the set of WATCHMEN, so much so that we haven’t had any juicy spy pictures or reports or anything. Today though we can bring you a new development: Matt Frewer has been cast as Moloch The Mystic. Moloch is – at the time of the movie – a retired supervillain who plays a major role in the life of the masked vigilante Rorschach (Jackie Earle Haley). As we’ve reported already, the story of Rorschach’s investigation into the death of a fellow ex-superhero, will also star Patrick Wilson, Malin Akerman, Billy Crudup, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Matthew Goode. Also reported before: this film will be awesome.
Matt Frewer is probably best known for his work on ‘Max Headroom’. He also worked with Snyder previously on his DAWN OF THE DEAD remake.
