Everyone has their favorite character from Game of Thrones, but I think everyone loves Peter Dinklage‘s potrayl of Tyrion Lannister. He’s often mentioned as a fan favorite and for good reason. Peter Dinklage has done some great work in the past and it’s great to see him get more work due to the success of Game of Thrones.

Variety is reporting that he has signed on for the film A LONG WAY FROM HOME. The film comes from first time director Paki Smith, a production designer and set decorator who has done work on Christopher Nolan‘s BATMAN movies and JOHN CARTER. The movie is about an “epic adventure about friendship, courage, magic, adventure and the lengths one boy will go to reunite his family,” and is looking to start filming in April.

There hasn’t been any other casting yet and there is no word on what role Peter Dinklage will be playing, but if they are looking to start filming in April more news should be coming in shortly.
