Today is the last day of 2008, and what better than propel you into the new year than to rock and roll with a gang of new images from some direct to DVD movie? We sure know how to party, don’t we?
The flick’s called RED SANDS, and before today, I haven’t really heard much about it, other than what the DVD cover looked like (which looks pretty awesome, by the way), and now I’m privy to the film’s plot and even a buttload of new images!
First off, RED SANDS goes a little something like this: During a mission in the Middle East, a group of US soldiers destroy a statue out of boredom only to then be visited by something the next day.
Ok, so maybe that’s just a tease and not an in-depth look into what the shit RED SANDS is about at all, but what more do you need? Soldiers haunted by evil spirits. I can dig it!
Directed by Alex Turner, RED SANDS stars Brendan Miller, Shane West, and Aldis Hodge. West is the only one that rings a bell, but isn’t that what makes these STD flicks so much fun?
Enjoy all the new (and relatively boring) new images from the flick, which feature soldiers in uniform in the desert and nothing really cool, and get ready for RED SANDS on DVD February 24th.
