A young executive is sent to retrieve his company’s CEO from an idyllic but mysterious “wellness center” at a remote location in the Swiss Alps. He soon finds himself diagnosed with the same illness that keeps the guests longing for a cure. Now THIS is the kind of picture we need in theaters for Valentine's Day! A CURE FOR WELLNESS looks like Verbinski (PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN, RANGO) is back in full force! With a run-time that's said to be nearly 2 and a half hours, I'm really curious to see what kind of story he has to tell. By all accounts, this looks to be a slow burn into madness and I can't wait to take the trip!
