Horror legends band together in new Death House trailer

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Well, it's the Halloween season, and you know what that means! Sexy versions of things that should not be sexy, alcohol/candy induced vomit, and people giving you dirty looks while pushing thirty and still trick-or-treating. FREE CANDY NEVER AGES, MRS. KOZLOWSKI!

It also means HORROR MOVIES! And there's a new one coming out called DEATH HOUSE that is being labeled "THE EXPENDABLES" of horror movies (meaning it stars aging horror icons out of their prime acting in a movie together). The aforementioned horror icons include the likes of Kane Hodder (FRIDAY THE 13th), Sid Haig (HOUSE OF 1,000 CORPSES), Tony Todd (CANDYMAN), and a slew of others. You can see them all in the new trailer below. Let's have a look:

Man…that does not look good. Did they spend all their lighting budget on booze?

But you know what? Cheap production values are a horror movie staple, and it at least looks like they stretched out their dollar to showcase some interesting production design (that they then forget to light, but whatever). It also look like it has a sense of humor about itself, as well as a nice, large, bloody body count. And that's all that really matters in a film like this, right?

DEATH HOUSE is set to be released sometime in 2017.

So what do you guys think? Does it look like a good-bad movie, or a bad-bad movie? Sound off below!
