How about something extra groovy to lead you into the weekend? How about the first look at the forthcoming season of Starz's Ash vs Evil Dead?! Yes, there are still several months to go until the series returns, but we'll take anything we can get our hands on.

Below you'll see Lucy Lawless (Ruby), Bruce Campbell (Ash), Dana DeLorenzo (Kelly) and Ray Santiago (Pablo). Also in the series are Lee Majors, Ted Raimi and Michelle Hurd as Brock Williams, Ash’s father, Chet Kaminski, Ash’s childhood best friend, and Linda, Ash’s high school love respectively.

Here's a short synopsis for Season 2:

The second season roars back into action with Ash leaving his beloved Jacksonville and returning to his hometown of Elk Grove. There, he confronts Ruby. The former enemies have to form an uneasy alliance as Elk Grove soon becomes the nucleus of evil.

Ash vs Evil Dead returns to Starz this fall! We should be getting a sneak peek at it this month at San Diego Comic-Con.
