Extended cut of Rambo: Last Blood is now on Amazon Prime

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

There were two different versions of RAMBO: LAST BLOOD released around the world last year, with moviegoers in the US, Canada, and the UK getting 12 minutes less movie than viewers in other countries got. When the film reached DVD and Blu-ray, once again different countries got different cuts.

I have skipped adding RAMBO: LAST BLOOD to my collection because I didn't want to spend money on a version of the movie that's missing 12 minutes… so I'm glad to see that the extended / international cut is now available to watch through Amazon Prime Video – you can find it RIGHT HERE

Hopefully this is a step toward the longer cut getting a physical media release in the countries that didn't get it.

Directed by Adrian Grunberg from a screenplay written by Matt Cirulnick, Dan Gordon, and star Sylvester Stallone, RAMBO: LAST BLOOD finds

Rambo, who has been working on a ranch, crossing the U.S. – Mexico border to help find the kidnapped daughter of one of his close friends. He quickly finds himself up against the full might of one of Mexico’s most violent cartels.

Stallone is joined in the cast by Adriana Barraza as Rambo's friend / housekeeper Maria; Yvette Monreal as Maria's granddaughter Gabrielle; Sergio Peris-Mencheta as villainous cartel leader Hugo Martinez; Óscar Jaenada as Victor Martinez; and Paz Vega as Carmen Delgado, a reporter who covers the Mexican drug trade.
