First official image from Kevin Smith’s Tusk starring Justin Long

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Last week you saw the surprisingly intense and enjoyable trailer for TUSK, Kevin Smith’s first foray into hardcore horror. (I really don’t count RED STATE as a horror movie, but it’s arguable.) Today, thanks to the announcement that it’ll be appearing at the Toronto International Film Festival, we have the first official image to share. Unfortunately, no walrus-man sightings just yet.

Starring Justin Long, Michael Parks, Haley Joel Osment and Genesis Rodriguez, TUSK is

…a modern-day monster movie that follows a journalist named Wallace (Long) who finds the story of a lifetime in Mr. Howe (Parks), a worldwide adventurer with amazing tales and a curious penchant for walruses.

TUSK will appear at TIFF in September; it comes out in theaters on September 19th.
