First trailer for Grand Piano: Elijah Wood plays to save his life

Elijah Wood terrorized plenty in the MANIAC remake, but now he's on the other end of he knife, so to speak, in GRAND PIANO, a thriller in which he must play the concert of a lifetime or die. The first trailer for the film has hit and can be seen below; it's in Spanish without subtitles, unfortunately, but you get the general idea.

The story concerns a once-great concert pianist who suffers from stage fright and comes back to perform after a five-year hiatus. Just when he's about to play the first bar, he notices somebody has written a threatening note on his music sheet. He's now forced to play his best concert ever to save his life as well as his wife's.

John Cusack co-stars in GRAND PIANO as the villain; Eugenio Mira directed the film, while BURIED helmer Rodrigo Cortes produced. The film will open in Spain on October 25th; we don't know when it will hit the states just yet.
