For our latest episode, we take a look at the only installment in the HALLOWEEN series not to feature Michael Myers, the controversial cult classic HALLOWEEN III: SEASON OF THE WITCH. For those who might not remember, Tom Atkins played Hospital emergency room Dr. Daniel "Dan" Challis in HALLOWEEN III: SEASON OF THE WITCH. His character helps out Stacey Nelkin's

Ellie Grimbridge, the daughter of a murder victim, uncover a terrible plot by small-town mask maker Conal Cochran (Dan O'Herlihy), a madman who's planning a Halloween mass murder utilizing an ancient Celtic ritual. The ritual involves a boulder stolen from Stonehenge, the use of Silver Shamrock masks and a triggering device contained in a television commercial — all designed to kill millions of children.

HALLOWEEN III: SEASON OF THE WITCH was written and directed by Tommy Lee Wallace (IT, FRIGHT NIGHT PART 2) and produced by Debra Hill and John Carpenter. Atkins costars included Stacey Nelkin as Ellie Grimbridge and Dan O'Herlihy as Conal Cochran.
