Is Jordan Peele's Get Out a Christmas movie?

You may remember a few weeks back we shared the utterly ridiculous news that the Golden Globes were considering Jordan Peele's horror-thriller GET OUT a comedy. As silly as that sounds. It's true.

Then we shared the news that the film WAS nominated as a comedy...

Today we have news that writer-director Jordan Peele says you can go ahead and consider this film a Christmas movie while we're at it.

Hahaha. Works for me!

What do you think of Jordan Peele's GET OUT being a Christmas movie? Make sure to hit us up and let us know in the comments below or on social media!

GET OUT synopsis:

Now that Chris (Daniel Kaluuya) and his girlfriend, Rose (Allison Williams), have reached the meet-the-parents milestone of dating, she invites him for a weekend getaway upstate with Missy and Dean. At first, Chris reads the family's overly accommodating behavior as nervous attempts to deal with their daughter's interracial relationship, but as the weekend progresses, a series of increasingly disturbing discoveries lead him to a truth that he never could have imagined.

GET OUT is written & directed by Jordan Peele and produced by Jason Blum. The horror film stars Daniel Kaluuya, Allison Williams, Bradley Whitford, Caleb Landry Jones, Stephen Root, and Catherine Keener.

Extra Tidbit: I'd say the movie is more of Thanksgiving flick, but that's just me.
