Review the Evidence of another indie “found footage” flick

It seems like every day we report a new found footage-style movie, whether it be from Hollywood or an independent production. Today we have a new offering from the latter entitled EVIDENCE. Check out the trailer and poster below. Here is the vague plot:

Four young adults go camping in the canyons around LA and one of them is filming a documentary on his friend. But soon they discover they are being terrorized by a mysterious figure.

The film comes courtesy of RynoRyder Productions. It is directed by Howie Askins and written and producted by Ryan McCoy, who also stars alongside Brett Rosenberg, Abigail Richie, and Ashley Bracken.

Despite the familiar premise, this one looks pretty promising. More clues are expected to be revealed in 2011. To hunt for additional details, check out the film’s official website.
