Split/Unbreakable sequel starts shooting next month!

I'm hoping the headline used for this article didn't piss anyone off. But, truthfully, at this point, if you were unaware that M. Night Shyamalan's previous hit film SPLIT was (in secret) a sequel to his 2000 super-hit UNBREAKABLE, then you probably don't care in the first place.

All that aside, I feel I'm free to call GLASS what it is. Especially considering that the new film, starring Bruce Willis, Sam Jackson, James McAvoy and Anya Taylor-Joy is set to begin filming next month!

Yes, it is true. UNBREAKABLE 3 aka SPLIT 2 will be bringing the cast in for rehearsals on September 18th and then the new movie (or at least Mr. Glass) will go before the cameras on September 25th. 

This news comes to us from Mr. Glass himself Samuel L. Jackson who was out and about promoting his new action-comedy THE HITMAN'S BODYGUARD and dropped the news to Collider.

Samuel L. Jackson on GLASS:

We start rehearsal on [September] 18th and I start shooting on the 25th.

And, boom, there you have it. After all, Samuel L. Jackson wouldn't lie to us now, would he? No, he would not. So get ready for more twist endings and whatnot as the film is set to roll out come January 2019.
