The Walking Dead image teases a meeting with Gregory

I have a feeling that Xander Berkeley's Gregory is not a very well-liked member of the cast of characters on AMC's The Walking Dead. Unveiling an exclusive new photo that features Gregory, TVLine describes him as "lily-livered" and "weaselly" while saying that he's only out to protect his own "sorry ass".

As a viewer of the show, I would agree with the site's assessment, although I do enjoy watching Berkeley play the douchebag.

Gregory is the focus of an image that also includes Lauren Cohan as Maggie, Andrew Lincoln as Rick, Danai Gurira as Michonne, Chandler Riggs as Carl, Norman Reedus as Daryl, and Alanna Masterson as Tara. It appears that the others mentioned are trying to convince Gregory to provide aid in their efforts to rise up against the villainous Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), and that Gregory is having none of it. Resisting our heroes… either this guy is going to have a major change of heart, or I suspect his remaining time on the show might be quite short.

We'll get to see how well the retaliation against Negan goes, and what sort of role Gregory will play in it, when the second half of The Walking Dead's seventh season starts airing on AMC on Sunday, February 12th.
