So here we have the first trailer for HOW TO LOSE FRIENDS AND ALIENATE PEOPLE, an adaptation of writer Toby Young’s memoir of the same name chronicling his time at “Vanity Fair”. The story, which is essentially a male DEVIL WEARS PRADA, stars Simon Pegg as a new writer for the fictional “Sharps” magazine who’s having a little trouble fitting in. Kirsten Dunst, Gillian Anderson, Megan Fox, Danny Huston and Jeff Bridges as the big bad magazine editor co-star. The trailer’s more mildly amusing than actually funny but maybe that’s just bad trailering. In any case, check it out below. Pegg loses friends and alienates people on October 3rd.
