Starting an interview with Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson isn’t too dissimilar from a Tony Scott movie involving a train; it can easily derail and become unstoppable. We caught up with the two in Los Angeles and admittingly it took me a minute to get the discussion rolling on their new film HALL PASS after veering off track with conversations about HBO programming, of all things.
It may be both a common statement and an over simplification to say these two were both hilarious and easy to talk to, but damn were these guys freaking hilarious and open. I never would have assumed the discussion would lead to the importance of Owen’s role in ANACONDA and its contribution years later in his encounter with another large black beast in HALL PASS but alas, here it is.
