INT: Scout Taylor Compton

JoBloJoBlo

I knew nothing about Scout Taylor-Compton before I saw Rob Zombie’s HALLOWEEN. But truthfully, that kind of excited me that they chose somebody who is not a “star” to play Laurie Strode. But looking back, she isn’t exactly a newcomer. She has been in this business doing quite a bit of television and now is vying for a Scream Queen title, with this and the remake of APRIL FOOL’S DAY.

But truthfully, when I met her at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills, I automatically dug her. She has a wonderful amount of energy and is cute as hell to boot. She is an interesting choice to play Michael’s foe and please don’t compare her to Jamie Lee Curtis. We’ll definitely be seeing a lot more from Scout, and just to fill you in… she has great taste in music.
