Olivia Thirlby is hot, and having her play a werewolf lesbian is even hotter, co-starring opposite Juno Temple (below) in JACK & DIANE. The role of Diane has been shuffled around a few times, first belonging to Alison Pill until resting with Temple. And now it’s Jack’s turn to play the casting shuffle.

According to Bloody-D, Thirlby is now OUT as Jack, to be replaced by Lisa Marie Presley’s daughter Riley Keough (Elivis’s granddaughter, right), who only has THE GOOD DOCTOR and THE RUNAWAYS under her belt as far as her acting roles go. But she’s the King’s granddaughter, so who cares. And lets face it, she’s pretty hot, so having her star as a lesbian werewolf makes perfect sense to me!

JACK & DIANE goes a little something like this: Jack and Diane, two teenage girls, meet in New York City and spend the night kissing ferociously. Diane’s charming innocence quickly begins to open Jack’s tough skinned heart. But, when Jack discovers that Diane is leaving the country in a week she tries to push her away. Diane must struggle to keep their love alive while hiding the secret that her newly awakened sexual desire is giving her werewolf-like visions.

You gotta wonder why so many actresses have been in–then out–for the roles of Jack and Diane. Is there some savage lesbian sex scene with prosthetic werewolf effects that no one wants to commit to or what? Thirlby would have been awesome in the flick, but I’m down to give Keough a chance. I mean, why the f*ck not, right?

JACK & DIANE is set to start filming next month on location in New York City, stick around for more casting updates as we hear them!
