THE ASSASSINATION OF JESSE JAMES BY THE COWARD ROBERT FORD had its NYC premiere last Tuesday September 18th at the Ziegfeld Theater. Joblo.com’s invitation to attend the red carpet had me doing back flips while screaming with joy. After all, the film stars one of Hollywood’s hottest and most desirable talents around! Although the film is as long as its title, the red carpet itself turned out to be hot, short and sweet.
Looking gorgeous and happy, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were first to walk the red carpet after greeting fans on the sidelines. Writer-director Andrew Dominik, Alison Elliot, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, George Clooney and girlfriend Sarah Larson all made an appearance with Casey Affleck last to show. The highlight of my evening was talking with my dream actor Brad Pitt, while the downfall was watching George Clooney whiz by. Regardless, I was content with a mere brief sighting of the sexy charmer. Overall, the premiere turned out to be a memorable evening and despite its epic length, I loved the film and especially the performances within!
