Kevin James thriller Becky will be showing at several drive-ins this weekend

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

I am hyped to check out the thriller BECKY, which has been described as an "ultra-violent HOME ALONE" and pits young genre regular Lulu Wilson against a bunch of convicts led by comedy star Kevin James, who's playing against type this time around. BECKY is set to receive a Digital, On Demand, and limited theatrical release this Friday, June 5th, and since drive-ins have made a comeback during the pandemic most of the screens the movie will be showing on this weekend are drive-in screens.

Directed by Jonathan Milott and Cary Murnion from a screenplay by Nick Morris, Ruckus Skye, and Lane Skye, the film centers on

spunky and rebellious Becky (Wilson), who is brought to a weekend getaway at a lake house by her father Jeff (Joel McHale) in an effort to try to reconnect. The trip immediately takes a turn for the worse when a group of convicts on the run, led by the merciless Dominick (James), suddenly invade the lake house.

Here's the list of venues that will be showing BECKY this weekend:
