Generally when you speak about on-screen chemistry, it has to do with a romance between the two leads. It's a breath of fresh air when you run into some that isn't all about hearts and flowers though, and from the very first scene in this trailer for THE SKELETON TWINS, you instantly buy that Bill Hader and Kristen Wiig are brother and sister.

Take a look:

I love both Kristen and Bill (we’re on a first-name basis), and I think that their comedic timing works insanely well together. Word from Sundance is that this flick is the real deal, and personally I can't wait to see it. It looks to have a great blend of comedy and drama, and Bill Hader looks to be stretching his dramatic chops too, which I’m all for. I'll definitely be in line (probably a short one) to see this flick in theaters. Besides, I can't be the only guy who grew up watching Mannequin with his two older sisters, right? Right?!?!

While it may just be the three of us there, Dusty and Jackie, THE SKELETON TWINS, starring Kristen Wiig, Bill Hader, Luke Wilson, Ty Burrell, and Boyd Holbrook, will hit theaters September 19, 2014.
