The pairing of Larry David and Woody Allen is the best possible thing imaginable and I don’t even like Woody Allen. But that’s about how much I love Larry and his work on “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” one of the best sitcoms since “The Larry Sanders Show.” (Of course I love Will Ferrell and Steve Carell and I still hated MELINDA AND MELINDA.) David is currently filming Woody Allen’s untitled 2009 movie in New York with Evan Rachel Wood and Henry Cavill. The Bad and Ugly has some new shots from the shot showing David with Wood on set. Not much is known about the film other than Wood seems to get set up with Cavill at some point. And here’s hoping that at some point there will be the classic line, “These pretzels are making me thirsty!”
