There have been three previous posters for FINAL DESTINATION 5 and each has featured an imposing skull. This is presumably meant to indicate that death is near, as it usually is in all FINAL DESTINATION movies.
In this fifth installment the big set piece is a suspension bridge collapse, not unlike the I-35W Mississippi River bridge that actually collapsed in 2007. Here we have the genius of a bridge actually turning into a skull (with some teens teetering at the top for FINAL DESTINATION-esque dramatic effect).
