Based on the internationally best-selling series of books by Lemony Snicket (aka Daniel Handler) and starring Emmy and Tony Award winner Neil Patrick Harris, Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events recounts the tragic tale of the Baudelaire orphans – Violet, Klaus, and Sunny – whose evil guardian Count Olaf will stop at nothing to get his hands on their inheritance.
The eight-episode series also stars Patrick Warburton, Joan Cusack, Malina Weissman and Louis Hynes. I know the film definitely has its fans, and the book series more so, and it looks like Netflix is going to do everyone right with this series. I mean, at this point, are you willing NOT to try any show preceded by the words "Netflix original series"? I didn't think so! Now we wait 3 months!
