If you had asked me about five years ago, I would’ve told you that Linda Cardellini was gonna be a big star. But here we are in 2007 and things haven’t really taken off for the actress. While most of her “Freaks and Geeks” brethren have gone on to big things (James Franco, director Judd Apatow), she went on to SCOOBY DOO. And she’s fallen victim to the SCOOBY curse, I suppose because from there she went to “ER” and was then licking her boob in GRANDMA’S BOY. Well Linda will get another chance with a starring role in the drama HEAVEN PROJECT. She’ll star alongside Paul Walker (oh no) in the story of an ex-con who finds himself alive after his supposed lethal injection. John Glenn (presumably not the astronaut) will write and direct the film, which starts production this month in Manitoba.
