Mindless blockbuster specialist Rob Cohen is still blogging away his directorial adventures from the set of the threequel actioner THE MUMMY: TOMB OF THE DRAGON EMPEROR but so far he’s only dropped a few pics here and there. Luckily, though, our Russian friends over at Filmz.ru recently unspooled a whole bunch of pics from the film which give us our first glimpse of Michelle Yeoh, show us Jet Li in various stages of pissed-off and display Brendan Fraser’s continued acrobatic prowess.
In the film, good ole Rick O’Connell (Fraser) with grown-up son Alex (Luke Ford) and wife Evie re-incarnated as Mario Bello in tow inadvertently unleash onto the 21st century the mummy of the first Emperor of Qin (Li), a shape-shifting powerful beastie whose lust for world domination is only matched by his desire for revenge on the sorceress (Yeoh) who imprisoned him centuries ago.
