THE BROTHERS GRIMSBY follows a story about an oafish soccer hooligan (Sacha Baron Cohen) who goes on the run with his formerly estranged black-ops agent brother (Mark Strong). It’s been a minute since we’ve heard anything about the Louis Leterrier-directed film, but now we have a bit of red-band trailer that details just the kind of action you can expect Mark Strong and Sacha Baron Cohen to get into.
Louis Leterrier (NOW YOU SEE ME, THE INCREDIBLE HULK) is not exactly known for his intentional humor, but Strong and Cohen seem like they would juxtapose nice with each other to score some serious laughs. Considering that Cohen had a hand in the screenplay, I’m hoping that’ll be the case. Even if it isn’t, at least Isla Fisher and Penelope Cruz will be lending the film some lovely eye-candy!
THE BROTHERS GRIMSBY will be released on March 4, 2016.
