For all of you who keep up with the hit HBO series ENTOURAGE, the network has released a teaser site and trailer for the film Vinny Chase and the boys have been working on. It’s called MEDELLIN and it’s the story of notorious frug lord Pablo Escobar. the site itself looks good, but it doesn’t necessarily look real. I’d have preferred if the designers made the effort to make the site look as authentic as possible. There’s also a nifty little trailer, with MTV-style quick cuts, lots of drugs, and lots of ladies. Smokin’ Joe Carnahan has long been attached to direct a real Escobar biopic called KILLING PABLO, with Javier Bardem as the lead. We love you here Joe, but that Billy Walsh is a genius.
