Miyuki trailer and pics

While sifting through news over at

Fangoria
I came across a very cool looking indy
flick called MIYUKI. It’s about
a family who take in the titular Japanese exchange
student, unaware that she harbors terrifying secrets.

 Seemingly simple from
the plot description, the film seems rather intriguing and may have a lot of
potential.
Fangoria
actually had several stills online
from the film, but what really got me was the trailer, which can be seen below.

I’ve always found the whole concept of exchange
students fairly unsettling, especially since it hasn’t been until recent that
the screening process has really become more stringent. I guess it is quite
possible for someone to potentially board a Jack the Ripper in foreign school
girl clothing in their home, which makes the idea for this film all the cooler.

So check out the stills over at

Fangoria
, and than bop your way over to the
official site
or MySpace
page for more MIYUKI info.

Mmmm..School girl….
