As excited as I am for THE HOBBIT, I’m not quite sure what to make of its recent marketing tactic to roll out new senior portrait-style pictures of various dwarves from the story every other day.
The grand total is approaching damn near a dozen, and today brings us Balin and Dwalin, continuing the great dwarf rhyme naming traditions of old. I would say they’re the strangest looking ones of the bunch so far, and Balin appears to be such a badass, he grew TWO beards.
