More Philip K. Dick

JoBloJoBlo

Halycon Co, who own the entire Philip K. Dick estate, will produce a big-screen adaptation of his 1974 novel “Flow My Tears, the Policeman Said”. Set in a futuristic, dystopian world, “Tears” is the tale of a celebrity who wakes up after an assassination attempt to find no one has ever heard of him. Obviously, tons of films (both successful and not) have been made out of Dick’s work, MINORITY REPORT being my favorite.

This whole thing is in the very early stages of development, so there is nothing on talent involved. I’ll speculate that it might be Vida Guerra who ends up top-lining though, because I happen to have this picture of her on my desktop and that both saves me some time, and does you a favor.
