Channing Tatum strips down to his banana hammock in the trailer for Steven Soderbergh’s Magic Mike

There are no banana hammocks in this, just so you know. Trust me, it’s semi-safe to watch the trailer for MAGIC MIKE.

I can’t verify that the movie itself is completely banana hammock-less though.

Well, it looks like we finally get to see Channing Tatum’s life story. He didn’t lose his moves from his old stripping days either. I bet it’s just like riding a bike. The trailer really doesn’t look that bad. I had a hard time digesting that Steven Soderbergh would direct something like this. The best part of this thing is going to be Matthew McConaughey, I just know it.

Check out the trailer below. If you want to see the abs of steel in HD, head on over here.

“A dramatic comedy set in the world of male strippers, “Magic Mike” is directed by Academy Award(R)-winning director Steven Soderbergh (“Traffic”) and stars Channing Tatum in a story inspired by his real life. The film follows Mike (Tatum) as he takes a young dancer called The Kid (Alex Pettyfer) under his wing and schools him in the fine arts of partying, picking up women, and making easy money.”
