Director David Wain’s new comedy starring Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston now has a red band trailer to share and it’s pretty damn good.

David Wain has got a knack for comedy like this and his most recent film, ROLE MODELS, was a great entry into the genre. Not every comedy needs an R-rating, but Wain makes ample use of it and I’m thankful for it.

With his mainstay leading man Paul Rudd and comedic hottie Jennifer Aniston in the lead roles along with supporting players Justin Theroux, Alan Alda, and Malin Ackerman, this has a good chance of being a hit. You’ll also notice a lot of familiar faces (Joe Lo Truglio, Kerri Kenny) from The State, the comedy troupe that Wain was involved with in the 90’s.  All in all, lookin’ good.

WANDERLUST opens on February 24, 2012.
