Enter: Suicide Squad

JoBloJoBlo

Considering the amount of attention The Joker received for THE DARK KNIGHT, it’s not too surprising that Warner Bros. is dipping into more DC Comics villains. Just not ones that are very well known.

The studio is putting a SUICIDE SQUAD on the roster, with producer Dan Lin and omnipresent screenwriter Justin Marks (STREET FIGHTER, GREEN ARROW: SUPERMAX, VOLTRON, HE-MAN, etc., etc.) bringing a mixture of various B and C-list supervillains together for big-screen missions.

The title has been kicking around DC Comics for decades in various incarnations, with minor baddie characters like Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, Vixen and Bronze Tiger (plus a bunch of expendables) taking on dangerous operations for the government in exchange for some leeway on their various sentences.
