Nazi zombies!

JoBloJoBlo

Nazis make great villains, and zombies make great monsters. And yet I don’t think there’s been a notable Nazi zombie flick since SHOCK WAVES (OUTPOST came close, but is really more of a ghost story. Decent flick, though). So the upcoming Norwegian horror DOD SNO (aka DEAD SNOW) caught my attention.

The story apparently involves some adventurous and attractive snowboarders who inadvertently become the frozen treats for some reanimated remains of nasty Nazi stormtroopers. And unlike the majority of low-budget zombie flicks, which end up too slapstick or cheap-looking, it seems effective and promising despite the language barrier (sorry, no subtitles, but you’ll get the point).
