Deadline has reported that Taylor Kitsch has joined the cast of The Terminal List, a conspiracy thriller series for Amazon that is based on Jack Carr's best-selling novel. Kitsch will join Chris Pratt in The Terminal List, who is set to star in the series.

The Terminal List centers around James Reece after his "entire platoon of Navy SEALs is ambushed during a high-stakes covert mission. Reece returns home to his family with conflicting memories of the event and questions about his culpability. However, as new evidence comes to light, Reece discovers dark forces working against him, endangering not only his life but the lives of those he love." Taylor Kitsch will play Ben Edwards, "a former SEAL and James Reece’s (Pratt) best friend. Now a member of CIA Ground Branch, Edwards uses his intelligence access and operator skillset to help Reece seek his vengeance." The series will be directed by Antoine Fuqua and written by David DiGilio, who also serves as showrunner and executive producer.

Taylor Kitsch was recently seen in Shadowplay, an eight-episode TV series which centered on Max McLaughlin (Kitsch), an American cop who arrives in Berlin in the summer of 1946 to help create a police force in the chaotic aftermath of the war. Max’s goal is to take down “Engelmacher” Gladow, the Capone of post-war Berlin. At the same time, Max undertakes a secret crusade to find his missing brother Moritz, who is killing ex-Nazis in hiding. However, Max is completely unaware that he is being used as a pawn in what is the very beginning of the Cold War. Shadowplay also starred Michael C. Hall, Logan Marshall-Green, Tuppence Middleton, and Sebastian Koch.
