Game of Thrones and THE HUNGER GAMES star Natalie Dormer is continuing her foray into headlining thrillers. After next year sees the releases of THE FOREST and PATIENT ZERO, the actress will seek vengeance in IN DARKNESS, which is being presented to buyers next week at AFM. Not only that, she co-wrote the screenplay!

The pic centers on a blind musician (Dormer) who gets pulled into London’s dark underbelly after she hears a murder committed in the apartment above her. As she becomes embroiled in this violent and murky world, it appears she is out of her depth — until we realize she has been following her own path of revenge for some time.

Ed Skrein (TRANSPORTER REFUELED) and Stacy Martin co-star. Anthony Byrne (Ripper Street, Mr. Selfridge) will direct and acts as Dormer’s co-writer.
