NECA previews line of Universal Monsters action figures

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

2021 marks the 90th anniversary of the James Whale / Boris Karloff classic Frankenstein (watch it HERE), and to mark the occasion collectibles manufacturer NECA has revealed that they're releasing a 7" Scale Action Figure of Frankenstein's Monster! They have several images of this very cool-looking black & white figure on their website, and you can see some sample images below.

Frankenstein's Monster isn't the only Universal Monsters figure NECA will be bringing to the world this year. Other Universal Monsters will also be part of their Ultimate action figure line! A preview of The Mummy showed up on Twitter, and NECA has also teased that we'll be seeing The Wolf Man soon.

Here's the info on Frankenstein's Monster:

The sculpt captures Boris Karloff’s poignant portrayal of the misunderstood monster in authentic black-and-white just like the movie. Standing in 7” scale, the figure comes in premium anniversary packaging with plenty of accessories: 3 interchangeable heads, 6 interchangeable hands, shackles and daisies.

The Frankenstein's Monster figure will be available sometime in late June or early July
