I've said it before, but STAR WARS: BATTLEFRONT will always have a place in my heart as a game my brothers and I would play incessantly on the PS2 when it first came out. It was one of the few games of that generation that was cooperative, so it was refreshing to be able to work with my brothers and fulfill tasks rather than constantly losing to them. Also shooting Ewoks to death didn't hurt either.
Now, without owning a PS4 or other current-gen consoles myself, I haven't had much chance to play the first of the new BATTLEFRONT games that came out a couple years ago, but from what I saw I enjoyed (minus a few gameplay "updates" like ship tokens). However, this new game – BATTLEFRONT II – sounds fuckin' amazing. Not the least of which is the emphasis on the Empire, and the moral gray areas of the conflict.
