Hopefully you just cannot get enough of HOUSE OF THE DEVIL posters, because we’ve got another for you, after dealing you three different versions earlier. I can’t think of another movie that has so many domestic posters; thing’s got more posters than it has people who have seen it. I plan on becoming one of those people soon, however, as the buzz on this one is very good.
This poster comes to us from BrutalAsHell.com, and it’s even simpler than the other ones, if a little more modern. I guess we can decide which poster works best after we’ve seen the flick. Here’s the long version of the plot: Sam (Donahue) is a pretty college sophomore, so desperate to earn some cash for a deposit on an apartment that she accepts a babysitting job even after she finds out there is no baby. Mr. and Mrs. Ulman (cult actors Noonan and Woronov) are the older couple who lure Sam out to their creeky Victorian mansion deep in the woods, just in time for a total lunar eclipse. Megan (Gerwig) is Sam’s best friend, who gives her a ride out to the house, and reluctantly leaves her there despite suspecting that something is amiss. Victor (Bowen) at first seems like just a creepy guy lurking around the house, but quickly makes it clear that Sam will end this night in a bloody fight for her life…
