If you’ve been jonesin’ for some more DJANGO UNCHAINED footage, this new international trailer should serve as a good little fix.  Quentin Tarantino’s first venture into the “Southern” genre looks to have the makings of a solid entry into the director’s reportoirre, especially with such a powerful cast.  But then, when doesn’t he have a powerful cast?

The “D” is silent:

I anticipate there will be a much bigger trailer to hit soon, but in the meantime we can all just let the promise of the film’s release gestate, fueling our anticipation more and more as we get closer and closer to theaters.  Although I’m positive Jamie Foxx and Christoph Waltz will absolutely kill it (literally and figuratively), I’m most excited to see DiCaprio unleash his first real turn as a villain, which is sure to be a marvelous sight.

Starring Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jonah Hill, Samuel L. Jackson, M.C. Gainey, Walton Goggins, Kerry Washington, Don Johnson, and Tom Savini, DJANGO UNCHAINED unleashes on December 25, 2012.
